Good Day Restaurant Managers and Store Management Teams.

We’d like to remind everyone of our MISSION to “Serve Great Tasting Food, Bringing the Joy of Eating to Everyone”.
We take the quality of our food seriously as it is the key driver to our mission. Adherence to JFC's FSC standards
needs to be embraced and enforced at ALL TIMES. Please ensure that compliance with FSC including food
preparation procedures and consistent training of each store personnel is implemented. We expect everyone to
review their Quality Reference Materials, regularly. Below are key reminders to ensure consistency in product
quality:

FSC
 Store cleaning tools away from food
 Remove all possible contaminants in the food preparation and assembly areas
 Ensure adequate lighting to allow for thorough inspection of food quality
 Follow standard operating procedures
 Restrict personnel items in the Food Prep area
 Lock chemical storages; limit access to authorized personnel only
 Strictly implement the JFC Visitor’s Policy.

SHIFT MANAGEMENT
 Conduct hourly travel path
 Perform regular quality checking of raw materials during pre-preparation and of food products held in the
warmer or for serving
 Accomplish station checklists
 Troubleshoot and correct potential problems immediately

MANPOWER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM


 Maintain right headcount of Food Safety certified managers and station personnel on duty across all day
parts
 Review background checks of all personnel (for 3P crew, validate with 3P Agency)
 Check all training records if all personnel are station certified
o if personnel is not yet certified, schedule certification immediately
 Discuss personnel concerns immediately following the proper channels and procedures

Please cascade these reminders to your respective team members. Ensure the implementation of action plans from
the RM self-assessment results and other in-store quality checks.
