Position Title : Internal Audit Staff – Farm and Sales Analyst

Primary Purpose:
The position is responsible that internal controls in Aquaculture and Agriculture Department are in place,
followed, and is regularly evaluated for changes and improvement. The position is responsible for
overseeing and evaluating operational controls, assessing compliance on company policies, propose
improvement and assisting aquaculture and agriculture operations.
Authorities and Responsibilities as Internal Audit Staff – Farm and Sales Analyst
 Randomly be present during farm harvest to attest proper weighing and process.
 Monitors all farm sales were recorded collected and deposited in exact amount.
 Monthly feeds inventory of all farms to ensure existence and completeness and feeds used are
properly recorded on time or during the month it is incurred.
 Regular review on sales process, assessing its effectiveness and prepares recommendation for
improvement.
 Responsible for asset tagging on the areas (per farm and per store) of assignment and in Camp Lake
View.
 Assist during reweighing of all residues & scraps sold to ensure correctness before releasing.
 Randomly conducts cash count on Store Cashiers and in Camp Lake View.
 Monitors inventory stocks / count per store and in Camp Lake View. (An inventory program must be
established to properly execute this assignment)
 Makes sure that inventory age is followed, encourage store personnel to follow the proper inventory
program on reporting inventories with near to expiry or inventories subjected for employee sale.
 To validate the sales value of fresh shrimps, analyze its distribution in relation to the harvest schedule
of farm, as well as analyzing sales price if such were within the approval.
 To monitor the assets of Camp Lake View in terms of room supplies, linens and other accountable
assets.
 Conduct field audit in terms of price monitoring, reverse engineering of procedures and checking
market updates.
 To validate the audit procedures given and improve it from time to time.
 To abide any rules and regulations mentioned on the Table of Disciplinary Actions (TODA) provisions,
including those established objectives and policies of the Company in relation to Food Safety & Quality
Management System, Security and Occupational Safety and Health.
 The position is also tasked to perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
