SAP GUI Installation Document

STEP 1
Please download SAP GUI executables file 50148617_6.ZIP from the below link.

STEP 2
Once file is download, Right click on it & extract it.

Open below path in the extracted folder.

50148617_6\BD_NW_7.0_Presentation_7.60_Comp._1_\PRES1\GUI\WINDOWS\Win32
STEP 3
Double click on “SapGuiSetup” application, below window will open, click on Next
Select boxes checked in the below snapshot & click on Next

This will trigger the Installation of SAP Gui Logon Pad & Success message will appear. If It
asks for System reboot, please re-start your system.
STEP 4
Go to Start Menu -> Click on SAP Logon icon under SAP Front End

Or click desktop SAP icon shown as below:

STEP 5
Below screen will open, Click on Create Button (marked in Red) to add SAP System
details.

Click NEXT:
Select radio button GROUP/SERVER SELECTION shown as below:

Enter the following details in given sequence:

Description -> ERP Production
System ID -> S4P
Message Server -> us4pci.uppclonline.com
SAProuter -> /H/router.erp.uppclonline.com/S/3299
Now Click on drop down button in Group/server option (shown in yellow block in below
screenshot).

After clicking drop down button wait for few seconds for options
Select S4P_ALL from given options and click NEXT.
Click NEXT again:
Click FINISH and close SAP GUI:
STEP 6
Again, Open SAP GUI and double click on connection entry:
Login Screen will open:
Enter credentials provided to you (USER ID and PASSWORD):

SAP Easy Screen is displayed after successful login attempt.

STEP 7
If you already have entry exist in SAP log on pad with the description ERP production,
please delete as described below:
Select the old entry & click on delete icon.

A pop-up will open, Press YES on that.

This will delete old entry.
