Mrs. Green an 18 yr old, immigrant delivered a healthy baby 24 hrs ago.
She is inquiring about the appropriate health service for her self and her
baby.

Mr. Terry, age 35 years, was admitted to the male medical ward with
multiple gunshot wounds to shoulder, chest and abdomen. Chest X-rays
and exploratory surgery were done prior to admission

Mr. Terry has chest tubes and is having oxygen, blood transfusion and
intravenous fluids – 4 liters in 24 hours.

Mr Harry Buncas a 36 year old Insurance agen, is admitted to a Medical


ward with a history of frequent bouts of diarrhoea with tenesmus. He has
passed up to 12 stools per day which contained blood , pus and mucus, He
was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis 2 years ago
