1. Certificates & credentials as stated on CV (for all qualifications stated).

2. Birth certificate or court document verifying declaration of age.
3. 6pcs of Recent Passport Photographs (Names & signature behind, On a white
background).
4. Completely filled Employee Data form.
5. Acknowledged Zero Tolerance Policy document.
6. Acknowledged Dress Code Guideline document.
7. Acknowledged copy of job description.
8. Acknowledged copy of HSE policy.
9. 2 Guarantors forms with adjoining documents and passport photographs (Names &
signatures behind).
