1. In line with the forthcoming City Fiesta activity dubbed as AFI-

PAVVURULUN FESTIVAL comes on August, the City Government will
conduct a Logo -Making Contest on May 17,2023, 8:00 AM at Cagayan
National Highschool Conference Hall.

2. The activity aims the following:

a. to come up with the official logo for the 2023 AFI-PAVVURULUN
FESTIVAL;and
b. to demonstrate skills of teachers in logo making activity.

3. Attach is the guidelines on the conduct of the said activity

LOGO-MAKING CONTEST
AFI-PAVVURULUN FESTIVAL
Theme: "Imammo anna Tuyag para ta Pammakapiyanan"

1. The contest is open to all interested secondary public and private school
teachers including ALS in the Division of Tuguegarao City. The contest is
open only to individuals. Entries from groups or organizations will not be
accepted.
2. The logo must meet the below design brief:

 created in A4 size using any graphics editing tools or

software; in a digital format with a file extension of PNG,
JPEG, or PDF in at least 300 DPI resolution.
 On a white or transparent background, there are no
restrictions on the number of colors to be used.

 Include the name of the activity, "Afi-Pavvurulun Festival.

 Must use elements that will symbolize the powers and

functions of the activity.
 Free from any watermarks, electronic signatures, initials, or
names of the participant.
3. All contestants must register through the Logo-Making Contest
registration link (https://bit.ly/PosterMaking_AFI ) on or before May 15,
2023, and attend the contest orientation on May 16, 2023, via Google
Meet.
4. Participants must bring their own gadgets, extension cords, data or
internet connection, and other materials that they will use for the
competition.
5. The contest will be held on May 17, 2023, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at
the Conference Hall of Cagayan National High School-Junior High.

6. All contestants are required to submit certification from their school's
head in order to be verified as teachers at SDO Tuguegarao City.
7. An entry must include a description or literature of no more than 350
words in English or Filipino outlining the concept, design, and features
of the logo. The theme of this year's AfI-Pavvurulun Festival, "Imammo
anna Tuyag para ta Pammakapiyanan," must guide the participant.

8. Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

Concept/Relevance - 45%
Creativity - 30%
Overall Impact - 15%
Originality - 10%
TOTAL 100%
9. All entries must not be published on any media platform prior to the
announcement of semi-finalists.
10. All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation and consolation
prizes and winners will receive:
1st Place - ₱ 10, 000.00
2nd Place - ₱ 7 , 000.00
3rd Place - ₱ 5 , 000.00
Consolation Prize: ₱ 2,000.00
11. By submitting an entry, the contestant certifies that the work was
originally made by them alone, was not previously submitted to another
contest, and did not violate any copyrights. The semi-finalists consent to
have their complete names and entries disclosed and published online in
connection with contest announcements of the results.
12. The City of Tuguegarao City shall be deemed the owner of all entries
submitted.

13. The winners are required to give the raw file that was utilized to make
the logos. The winning logo may be subsequently adjusted, adjusted, or
modified by the Council as needed.
14. The Board of Judges' judgment is conclusive and irrevocable.
