Objectives:
Provide a unified, collective overview of the current state of knowledge on employee learning
and provide an inclusive foundation on a research theme.
Discuss research gaps and future perspectives.
Research Hypothesises:
1. Foreign employee knowledge about their organization is comparatively lower than their
native counterparts.
2. Cross-learning and knowledge sharing improve foreign employee performance
3. Cross-learning and knowledge-sharing motivate foreign employees to be active in problem-
solving and knowledge-sharing on their side.
Research design
Reinforcement theory, adult learning theory, and needs theory and their possible effect on
the foreign employee in South Korean organizations. Further add-ons will be joined after the
literature review.
