MY REFLECTION AND EVALUATION OF THE ORIENTATION

CONDUCTED:

The overall information given to us was a great insight which made

it well worth attending the orientation recently conducted last 03
September 2023 at 8 o’clock in the morning.

The orientation started with greetings for all of us and setting a

friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The teachers introduce
themselves and we are also given a chance to familiarize our
schoolmates.

Thereafter, the new Head Teacher of ALS, Judith Jainga Bumanglag

had discussed about the school rules and regulations such as the
following, to wit:

(1) The start and dismissal of classes which basically starts at 8

and ends at 4 o’clock in the afternoon;
(2) Classes are to be held every Sunday although there will be times
that classes shall not be held but assignments shall be gotten and
submitted within the deadline;
(3) Proper attire should be worn when attending classes;
(4) Proper room maintenance and cleanliness is a must;
(5) Students were assigned to their respective section and were
instructed also to change their Facebook profile with proper names
so they can be easily be identified; and
(6) Students are also encouraged to participate on the incoming
school events.

All in all, the orientation program aims to provide us students a

sense of belongingness to our second home our school in order to
become more comfortable with the campus, learn about the school
policies and expectations, and start connecting with key people.

It's a valuable experience!
