ANALYZE
Analyze the different elements of personal/physical classroom management and answer
the following questions?

1. How does the voice of the teacher affect virtual classroom instruction?
The voice of the teacher is clear and calm with authority, so the students are
listening well and follows him.

It greatly affects the punctuality of the students, it is good sign and practice to

management.

REFLECT
Reflect on the aspects of personal and classroom management.

1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher? Explain.

"No amount of good instruction will come out without effective classroom management."

According to the statement, in order to successfully produce good instructions

inside the classroom, the instructor must present an effective teaching method. Classroom
management is important because it is at the heart of successful instruction. Classroom
management establishes the necessary discipline and strategies for effective instruction.

2. What are your plans in ensuring effective classroom management?

Establishing appropriate practice and behavior inside the classroom is essential for
efficient classroom management. I'm going to give my students a positive response and
esteem. They can know what elements of learning they need to enhance because they get
a quick reaction and feedback. Inside the classroom, instilling initiative and friendship.
Putting in place good regulations and processes to ensure order and good behavior.
Finally, as a teacher, I must set a good example and demonstrate proper behavior when it
comes to conversation.

ANALYZE
Analyze the checklist you have accomplished and answer the given questions
1. How many strategies were employed by the Resource Teacher? Did these contribute to
better classroom management? Explain your answer

During the class discussion, just a few strategies were used. It has an impact on
classroom management and adds to it. Because the teacher only has a few minutes to
develop strong classroom control, I only saw a few strategies during my observations.

2. What were not used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What should
have been used instead? Explain.

Having a group discussion and engaging in peer teaching. These two tactics were
not witnessed by me, but I believe they were good practices because group debate and
peer teaching create a broader sense of learning. Through brainstorming and group
debates, it will help broaden their horizons.

REFLECT
As a future teacher, reflect on the observations then answer the given question.
1. What classroom management strategies do I need to employ to respond to diverse types
of learners?

I need to notice how each of them performs in various scenarios in the classroom in
order to use and cater to the various types of young learners. Because they are
diametrically opposed to one another. Some will act as a leader, a follower, or simply a
student on the opposite side of the classroom. We can establish classroom norms with
their assistance. As we design and discuss the rules and regulations, they should be
recorded and posted in the classrooms. Interviewing students to learn about their needs in
the classroom is also a good idea, might have an impact on their learning. Finally, I feel
that requiring students to work in groups on occasion is vital in order to help them function
as a team and as a diverse group of learners.
