Observe a class and interview the Resource Teacher. Ask how the
personal and physical aspects of classroom management ensure proper classroom
management and discipline. Check if these aspects were observed in the classroom.

1. How does the voice of the teacher affect classroom instruction?


 Modulated voice affects learning of the students in a positive way, wherein they can
here all the discussed topics or better at conveying messages to the students.
2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect classroom discipline?
 The personality of the teacher and attitude affects the classroom discipline, like if
the teacher is strict, the students can follow the teacher immediately and the teacher
can control and managed the students easily, the students can also have a discipline
to do their academic success.

3. Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of classroom management?


 The physical aspects of classroom management can help students to improved
learning and it can also both beneficial to the part of the teacher and students in
terms of the student behavior. This also promotes a positive atmosphere which is
conducive to learning where the students can enjoy learning.

1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher? Explain.


“No amount of good instruction will come out without effective classroom
management.”
 This statement means that having a classroom management is essential in teaching,
and good instruction is having an effective classroom management.

2. What are your plans in ensuring effective classroom management?


 Let the students be involved in implementing an effective classroom management,
and be a role model to students. Also have a clear plan in creating a classroom
management and make sure that is well organized.

Analyze the checklist you have accomplished and answer the given question.

1. How many strategies were employed by the Resource Teacher? Did these
contribute to better classroom management? Explain your answer.

 Based on the table, 11 strategies were employed by the resource teacher and these
really contribute to better classroom management it because it guides the students
on what to do in the classroom. By that also, they will be honed in becoming a
responsible person for the future.

2. What were no used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What
should have been used instead? Explain.

 Document the rules, considering peer teaching, assign open-ended project and write
group contracts were not used strategies by the resource teacher. These are also
important since it also promotes better learning experience but actually, not all
strategies can be used at the same time, it is based in different condition that arises,
and better implementation is a must.

As a future teacher, reflect on the observations then answer the given the question.

1. What classroom management strategies do I need to employ to respond to


diverse types of learners?
 Let the students work in group and consider peer teaching are the best strategies to
respond diverse types of learners. Through this they can share their thoughts about
a certain topic and little by little they can go out from their shell of shyness. Also, I
will encourage students in an active learning strategy because I believe that it can
enhance their learning and they can able to participate in a class if we let the
students involved in this type of strategy.
