Self-Processing (Guide Questions):

1. How do you express your religiosity?

Being a Roman Catholic, we are known by performing different practices that revolved
around the liturgy and the seven sacraments–Baptism, Confirmation, Communion,
Reconciliation, Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Holy Matrimony. Thus, it is given to us
that we should perform those practices because it's part of our belief and in order for us to
express our faith and religiosity. Aside from this, we are able to express our faith and religiosity
by means of simply praying and going to church. Usually, I go to church every Sunday and when
there's an occasion and holidays. By simply praying, before and after meals, before sleeping and
every achievement and downfall, I am able to express my faith and religiosity. Nevertheless,
believing in God is much more important because having faith in Him is much more appreciated.

2. How do I perceive my life?
3. Which life experiences influence the way I face today’s world?
4. What do I want from life?
5. Do I enjoy my life to the fullest or not?

Even in the most difficult times in life, meaning is acquired. I, myself, have been battling
on what's my real purpose and meaning. But, as time goes by, as I grow, my mindset became
more matured for which it can handle circumstances with a critical mindset. Thus, it affects
myself on what attitude I possessed and how I perceived my life. In terms of my attitude towards
life, I know that I am open and optimistic. I know that being open is something that everyone
should take into account because when you are open, you're able to be better in accepting
changes as well as respecting others, for which other people are undeniably part of our life,
unintentionally or not. We all know that it's really inevitable for a person to communicate with
the people and it's environment. Personally, I interact with others in order to socialize and be
familiarize with certain people that I want to build a relationship with. I interact mostly with
people from the same environment that I belongs with. Through those people, for which I may
called family and friends, I get to engage in different activities such as pampering and relaxing
getaways, hobbies including drawing, singing and reading, and experiences, either good or bad.
Along with these experiences, a certain life experience influenced myself on how I'll face today's
world. It is when I separated from my biological father at the age of 8 due to a broken family. It
was devastating and life changing. At that very moment, up until several years, it still haunts me,
the feeling of being left alone. The different thing is that, today, I am capable of being open for
each side of the story and the term moving on are applied. Nonetheless, through that experience,
I am able to get ready and accept the people who will leave me.
In connection with my experiences, the things that I want for my life is acceptance from
the people who leave me, stable life and happiness for my family and most especially peace for
everyone. Nonetheless, I still think that I am living my life to the fullest. For the reason that, I am
glad and happy for my life, I am breathing, privilege and free, thus, I live my life according to
my one and I live my life to the fullest.
All in all, we have to keep in mind that hindrances and problems are always given in life.
We just have to be brave in facing those problems and always be open for change.
