Some updated and classic/related literature (about Tourism Industry under/after Covid-19 &
Text mining / bibliometric data from VOSViewer) were not mentioned/cited yet. Having
symbolic and impactful literature review support will much enhance your arguments in no
matter hypotheses development or theoretical/practical contribution. I suggest the author(s) to
consider reading and citing the following updated literature; sure the authors can cite other
similar papers not limit to listed ones.

3. Methodology:
Based on the data and calculations provided in the text, the sample size (n) is reported to be
57. However, in the subsequent explanation, it is mentioned that 2 respondents were excluded
from the 2020 wave, resulting in a final sample size of 55 people. This inconsistency in the
reported sample size raises concerns about the accuracy of the sampling process.
As the limitations summarized by the author in this paper, the research sample size is too
small, and it should be at least 200 data points.
4. Results:
The methodological introduction of PLS-SEM and the validation data for second-order
constructs are presented in a disorganized manner. It is recommended to refer to professional
journal articles and follow their writing style for guidance.
The P-values format in Table 6 needs to be standardized, and the values of factor loadings,

composite reliability (CR), and other measures should be reported in dedicated tables for
clarity.
6. Quality of Communication:
Overall, the writing needs improvement and Figure 1, 2, and 3 are unnecessary.

Literature review and hypotheses
Line 162 “…In this research, the literature review uses a systematic mapping study
method to obtain the state of the art and the position of community-based social capital
research and its relation to the acceleration of the development of the tourism industry
sector….”
Reviewer: The authors need to explain the rationale behind the utilization of this method,
cite which previous studies suggest its use in this context, and clarify why this method
ensures superior results.
Line 202 “...This can be seen in the bibliometric data from VOSViewer obtained from the
Web of Science and Scopus. The results are presented in a graph with correlations
between variables based on the year of publication....”
Reviewer: The authors need to explain the process in the study, the rationale behind their
choice, why they used bibliometric analysis software, and which studies suggest its
utilization. They must also describe the process of collecting studies from the databases
(Web of Science and Scopus), the keywords used, and how the data selection process was
conducted.
Methodology
Line 276 “...The design of this research is longitudinal, which aims to measure behavior
and determine the pattern of changes in community-based social capital over several
periods. Longitudinal studies go through the process of collecting data from respondents
several times regularly with the same questions...”
Journal of Infrastructure, Policy and Development
ISSN: 2572-7931
Reviewer: These types of statements need to be justified with the literature.
Line 291 “...The construction of the questionnaire came from social capital theory, based
on theoretical studies reduced to three dimensions with nine items of the research
questionnaire...”
Reviewer: The authors need to provide more information about the construction of the
questionnaire. Did they use validated scales, or were they adapted? If they were adapted,
which studies validated them?
Reviewer: In this section, the authors are only presenting the results. The discussion in a
scientific article involves comparing the obtained results with the findings of previous
studies. Therefore, it is expected that the authors redo this section, discussing their results
considering the existing literature.
Reviewer: In the study's conclusion, the authors should reinforce the importance of the
study's results. To achieve this, it is expected that they clearly state which gap(s) in the
literature, identified by previous studies, are being addressed in this research. To enhance
the contribution of this study, it is suggested that the authors present the theoretical and
practical implications of their findings. By doing so, they can reveal the relevance and
significance of their work in advancing knowledge and its potential real-world
applications.
