In the current project we are providing on call support for our Client Hyundai Autoever. We get
calls for navigation support for Hyundai/ KIA vehicles.

Responsibilities:
 I work here as a Java support Engineer in the team. I am involved in L1 and L2 support activities. I try
to provide the resolution to business user’s query asap in the call. Incase if we need any help we
check with our internal team and respond back to user later.
 Also I am involved in Field testing where I need to travel to Customer location for Vehicle testing for
Map Support, where I collect the existing issue and try provide the customer ETA for fixing them.
 I work in rotational shifts (morning and afternoon) for this project. Also, I try to update the runbook
in confluence page time to time.

In the current project we are Supporting different application for our client Southern California
Edison Company. We get the tickets in our queue through BMC remedy and JIRA based on user’s
requirement.

Responsibilities:
I work here as a Java Production support Engineer in the team. I am involved in L1 and L2 support
activities. I try to provide the resolution to business user’s query asap. Along with that I am also
involved with managers and leads on the service improvement ideas, application version upgrade,
DB upgrade and other application related changes. I always try to provide quick response for high
priority issues.
I work in rotational shifts for this project. Also, I try to update the runbook time to time. We are
using Agile KANBAN to support the applications smoothly.
