My name is Duvan Oktavianus Doloksaribu, I am a student of Fisheries Resources Utilization

Department, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Riau University. I was studying for two years
there. I have a planning to take modification of fishing gear as my research topic. I want focus my
research on drift gillnet. The main target of drift gillnet and giant threadfish (Eletheronema
tetradactylum). This species the most economically fisheries commodity, which it at as export
commodity, especially for neighbor country of Indonesia such as Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.
Therefore, I have to conduct a study on drift gillnet.
