Up: The first theory is about the movie Up, which tells the story of Carl Fredricksen, a
balloon salesman who, at the age of 78, is about to lose the house he has always lived in
with his wife, the late Ellie. After an incident, Carl is deemed a public menace and forced to
be institutionalized. To prevent this from happening, he puts balloons in his house, causing
it to take off. The first part of the theory is a fact we cannot ignore, the number of balloons
Mr. Fredricksen used for his trip to South America, which is nowhere near the actual
number needed to lift a house off its lot and fly around. Another fact is that the old man
would never be able to inflate that many balloons by himself. With that in mind, the house
blowing up with a bunch of balloons could be a nice metaphor for Mr. Carl Fredricksen, from
the physical world to the spirit world. It floats just like the accounts of people who have had
post-death experiences, who have floated above their bodies and seen doctors around
them. And little boy Russell would play Mr. Fredricksen’s guardian angel, or even his spirit
guide, helping him through this transition. He has already completed several tasks and is
only one away from winning his long-awaited last medal after helping a senior citizen. It
would be his guardian angel training being finalized after this big task. And we can even see
the form of this angel, a child in all its innocence and purity, as Carl and Ellie's desire to
have a child, which they could never have.
Kevin the bluebird would represent the call to Mr. Fredricksen, even God. Something he
can draw inspiration from beyond his wishes and dreams. The chocolates Kevin earns
represents the small rewards along the journey. And he always shows up when Fredricksen
doesn't want him around, when he needs to, Kevin isn't there. Typical of the gods. Dug the dog.
He would be more a part of the transition, but he would be the exact metaphor for it, the change
from one state to another. And finally, we have Muntz, who is clearly the representation of evil,
with stories full of lies and commanding the hounds of hell. Muntz just wants to destroy Mr.
Fredricksen for his own glory and personal satisfaction and is, biblically speaking, the same way
the devil wants to destroy all that is good.
So, it follows that Mr. Carl Fredricksen died in his sleep the night after returning from
court with a decision that he must vacate his home and land. What happens afterwards would
be his entire journey into the afterlife, not being real in the perception we know from the movie.
Finding Nemo: According to the theory, Finding Nemo is the story of a clownfish
traumatized by the loss of his entire family. He embarks on a personal journey to try to
overcome the pain, and because of that, he wouldn't be looking for anyone. In truth, Marlin just
wanted to move on. Finding Nemo begins with a traumatizing scene. Marlin, his wife and their
future children are attacked by a terrible barracuda. While in the film we have the survival of
Marlin and a single egg, Nemo. It is believed that the small fish is actually the manifestation of
mourning. For not being able to prevent the tragedy, the fish developed a sense of guilty
associated with difficult acceptance. And that's why he calls the little fish Nemo.
Following this theory, the film would represent the five stages of grief. Denial: Marlin's
reluctance to let Nemo go to school. Angry: his irritation when you realize that the little fish
has swum away. Bargaining: His entire journey across the ocean. Depression: See Nemo
being carried away by the flush. Acceptance: Marlin finally lets Nemo go to school.
Dory symbolize people trying to tell Marlin that he wasn't guilty. Suffering from recent
memory loss, Dory teaches Marlin an important lesson. She lives moment by moment, that is,
the little blue fish shows the new friend that it is necessary to let the memory of his family go.
Marlin needs to live in the next moment and forget about the most recent one. Finally, we
cannot fail to mention one of the last scenes of the film. When going to school, Nemo hugs his
father and tells him to embark on a new adventure. This was the way found to reproduce the
fact that Marlin, finally, moved on.
The theory also points out that Nemo means “nobody” in Latin. In this way, the movie can
be called “looking for nobody”.

Frozen, Tarzan, The Little Mermaid and Tangled: This theory brings together
the story of four Disney movies, Tarzan, the Little Mermaid and Frozen. Firstly, the
theory alleges that Tarzan is Anna and Elsa's younger brother. In Frozen, it is
reported that the sisters' parents die in a shipwreck on the way to a trip, but the
theory tells us that in fact Anna and Elsa's parents did not die in the shipwreck.
Despite the shipwreck having occurred, the girls' parents survive and are trapped on
an island where they give birth to another son, Tarzan.
Linking this theory with Tangled, it is speculated that the royal couple's trip to
Arendell was precisely for Rapunzel's wedding. In "Frozen", the ship sinks and the
story skips forward three years to Elsa's coronation. "Tangled", the film Rapunzel,
which features her wedding, came out in 2010 and "Frozen" came out three years
later. That is, it's as if time here in the real world had run the same way as in the
'world of drawings. In addition, due to the architectural and cultural references, it is
possible to say that the story of "Tangled" takes place in Germany, that of "Frozen" in
Norway and that of "The Little Mermaid" on the coast of Denmark, which is exactly in
the middle of the way of a ship journey from Norway to Germany, where the royal
couple's ship from Arendell may have sunk.
Now the little mermaid joins the theory in a simpler way, showing Ariel exploring
a ship that had sunk that could very well be the ship of Anna and Elsa's parents.
