The Company has a team of factory-trained and experienced Biomedical Sales and
Service Engineers.
In order to keep your Ultrasound, X-ray, Mammogram and Capsular Fuji Digitizer
Machines at peak performance and increase lifespan of your equipment, regular
preventive maintenance is crucial.
All this above mention equipment needs regular preventive maintenance performed by
a trained Biomedical Engineer.
Below is our preventative maintenance scope for your Medical Equipment:
Analog X-Ray Machine:

Training Interval depends on the Client management decision for our team to train their
facility Radiology Staff.

Training Cost : Twenty Thousand Naira only (#20,000) per/day for each of the Imaging
Equipment ( Ultrasound, X-ray and Mammogram Machine)

Mode of Training Delivery: Onsite practical lecture of the operations of the equipment.

Client Benefits
1. We gives a discount price on our cost of training if the duration is more than a day.
Cost of training on each of the Machine for than a day is Ten thousand naira only ( #10,000)

request anytime you need our services and also give you discount price on any equipment
purchase from our company

General Terms/Conditions

A. This agreement excludes the repair of equipment and associated costs

resulting from damage by fire, acts of God, customer negligence, abuse,
abnormal use, work stoppages, power surges, unauthorized repairs from
other company apart from Bwell Medicals Team, or any cause beyond
Bwell Medicals Teams control. In no event shall Bwell Medicals be liable for
consequential or direct damages resulting from the failure of the covered
equipment due to manufacturing defects or improper operator utilization.

B. Except as provided herein, Bwell Medicals makes no warranty of any kind,

expressed or implied, including without limitation, any warranty of
merchantability and any warranty or fitness for a particular purpose, with
respect to the subject matter hereof, services to be performed by Bwell
Medicals pursuant to the terms hereof, or parts to be supplied hereunder.
In no event shall Bwell Medicals be liable for consequential or direct
damages resulting from the failure of the covered equipment due to
manufacturing defects or improper operator utilization.

C. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30)
days prior written notice of intent to terminate by delivering to the non-
terminating party and identifying the effective date of termination (which
date must be thirty (30) days following delivery of such notice.
