AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER/DISCLAIMER OF OWNERSHIP WITH UNDERTAKING

The shipment covered by Bill of lading No. 029D517487 was erroneously consigned to NW
STEEL TECHNOLOGIES, INC.;

Caused by mistake inadvertently committed by means of communication between the shipper

and shipping lines;

The said erroneously consigned shipment belongs to NWSTEEL TRADE RESOURCES INC.;

NWSTEEL TRADE RESOURCES INC. undertakes to take full responsibilities and relieve/free
the BOC personnel from whatever consequences or liability that may result from the
waiver/disclaimer amendment of the Bill of Lading and release of the shipment;
