WAIVER OF RIGHTS

and forever discharge // their heirs and assigns from any and all claim or liability in
connection with the Loan and its mortgage. Please refer to acknowledgment receipt
dated January 10, 2023 as proof of my receipt of said consideration.

3. In relation thereto and as a necessary consequence, I also waive my rights and

interest over the Subject Property. In doing so, I shall return and surrender the
