Job Description: Project Manager

TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager
to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager the candidate has to play a critical role in
leading and managing complex IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope,
and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication,
and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of project management
methodologies.
Responsibilities:
 Project Planning and Coordination: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from
initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
 Team Leadership and Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define
project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
 Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the project
team and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
 Manage resource allocation, task assignments, and risk mitigation strategies to achieve
project goals.
 Monitor and report project progress, identifying issues and implementing corrective
actions as needed.
 Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and client satisfaction while maintaining effective
communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
 Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
 Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in project management tools and software.
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
