Task 2:

A sample Excel spreadsheet showing data for performing the PPF reconciliation has been provided. There are
two different data sets, and both will need to be utilized to complete the task.

Task:
In Data Set 1,
● Provide the ID Numbers for students in the 6th grade who have never attended and are not Special
Education (SpEd) students. Please show the results in a Pivot Table.
● How many students have duplicate ID Numbers? What are the ID Numbers?
● How many students have different Admin Dates? What are the ID Numbers?
● In Data Set 1, populate the first name of each student from Data Set 2.
○ Of the ID numbers where there is no match, replace the #N/A with the phrase “NO NAME”.

Task 3:
Create a Fixed Asset Depreciation schedule. Be sure to include the following:
● Total Months in service
● Remaining Months in Service
● Current FY Months in Service
● Depreciation Expense
● Accumulated Depreciation
● Ending Book Value
● FY21 Depreciation Expense
● FY22 Depreciation Expense
● FY23 Depreciation Expense

Additional Information:
● Fiscal Year: July 1 to June 30
● The useful life for technology is 60 months
● The useful life for furniture is 84 months
● Leasehold Improvement useful life is the remaining term of the lease.
○ In the example, the start date of the lease is 07/01/2019.
