Resource Co-op (Winter and/or Summer 2023) that was advertised on your linkedin profile on Jan 11,
2023. I am an excellent fit for this role as my knowledge in HR and my past experience in the business
world can really help in accelerating the winning culture of your company and probably gain really good
HR experience at the same time.

I have recently graduated from the Huaman resource Management program from George Brown
Collage. I had thorough and focused learning on Human resource management and specifically related
to recruitment & hiring and HR legislation. The course also had several projects which were to be
submitted both individually and as a group, which further helped me to hone my team coordination
skills, presentation and communication skills. As an individual I believe in pro active approach and know
how to work independently.

I have recently worked with a Canadian Company where in I got to interact with customers most of the
time. This helped in making my communication skills even better and I was able to understand more
about human behavior. My previous experience as a service head had me involved in hiring, recruiting,
training and managing a team of 15-20 employees. This experience educated me of the complete hiring
and management process.

I am excited about the opportunity as Human Resource at Lindt & Sprungli and look forward to hearing
