Video games became undeniably imperative part most of our life, it may be a hobby or entertainment.

Video games were created by Thomas T. Goldsmith Jr. and Estle Ray Mann in 1947. They made the video
games through the invention of Cathode Ray Tube amusement device. It was not until 1970s reached
the mainstream popularity.

As years pass by, video games evolved greatly. There have been creations before the famous consoles
like Xbox and Playstation. They were just joystick controller and now they evolved massively Most
people grew playing joystick controllers, the console is one of the things that people may found
nostalgic for helping them during their past and sad days.

The positive effects of video games include developing one’s skills, strategic thinking, quick learning,
cooperation, creativity, etc. Video games activate our brains yet also relieves stress. There are video
games focused for learning and some focuses for reduction of risk in training, allowing users to prevent
or decrease risk before the real thing.

There are also negative effects of video games, but all are manageable when one’s mind have discipline
and responsibility. Video games are always there for us, they are not going anywhere. Treat them as a
reward after doing your important stuff, rest and do your work until you finish them.
