To our parents/guardians, given the current situation, wherein pupils are not able to attend the classroom classes, we at ( San
Jose School of La Trinidad, Inc.- Elementary Department ), would like to ask your help in facilitating your child’s continuous learning in
your home. We have designed this module to help you advance your child’s achievement of the competencies prescribed by the school.
The activities in the module shall serve as a guide. Please feel free to use real objects or add more activities related to the topic that you
think are essential in helping your child meet the learning objectives set for this week.
To our beloved pupil, we are happy to accompany you in your journey of learning this quarter even if you are at your humble home.
We wish to help you deepen your learning and show your interest and devotion in answering this module. Finally, let us continue praying

What I Need to Know


This Module is good for one week. We have to understand that this module is for Kindergarten level, close monitoring and
guidance from their parents, as their facilitator, is needed. Adult facilitator may write the child’s response on blanks provided. It contains
lessons on ways to take care of our body, rote counting from 1 up to 20, vowels, “patinig”, and how we show love to others just like how
God shows His love.

At the end of this module, we should be able to:

Warm Up: Story Time! Let us read a story from the bible entitled “The promise of God to Abraham”. (parents/guardians
will read the story or play the video of your teacher reading the story).

The promise of God to Abraham


Genesis 15:1-6

Abraham was very obedient to God. He followed everything that God asked him to
do. God gave everything that Abraham could ask for except a child. This made Abraham
very sad. One night, God promised Abraham that time will come when the people in his
family will be as many as the stars in the sky. Abraham believed in the promise of God.
Sometime later, Sarah, the wife of Abraham, gave birth to a boy, whom they called Isaac.
Through Isaac. God gave Abraham many grandchildren and great grandchildren. God
kept His promise to Abraham.
