CONTAIN:

99,9% chicken fat and 0,1% rosemary extract.

RAW MATERIALS:

Chicken trimmings 99,9%. (Chicken breast, thigh meat and skin trimmings).

ADDITIVES:

Antioxidant: Rosemary Extract (E-392) 0.1%

PROCESS:

Fried in its own fat and dehydrated, at a temperature of at least 90ºC, for a minimum of 2
hours, with a pressure of 0.9-2.8kg/cm3.
At the end of the process the product is passed through centrifugations and filtration
processes

POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS:

 Stock cubes/Prepared soups.


 Food preparations in powder form for cooking.
 Prepared stock.
 Sausages.

CHARACTERISTICS:

o Colour: Light yellow.

 MELTING TEMPERATURE: 30-35º C

PRESENTATION:

20 kg tablets packaged in sacks of blue gauge 300 polyethylene which are packed in
cardboard boxes; 185 kg drums covered by food lacquer registered in the Ministry of Health and
Consumption, blue gauge 300 polyethylene sack and packed in cylindrical plastic buckets or 1000
kilos containers that meet the current technical-sanitary packaging regulation.

SHELF LIFE:

The product will have a “use by” date of 18 months.

STORAGE, TRANSPORT AND HANDLING:

 TRANSPORT:
 Transport will be made using a vehicle fit for refrigerated transportation of food
products for human consumption.
 The proper sanitary conditions in the truck’s back compartment.
 Pallets are not to be stacked up vertically.
 STORAGE:
 The proper sanitary conditions of the warehouse.
 Do not stack pallets upon each other.
 Store in a dry and cool place (5ºC - 30ºC), or cooling (0ºC-5ºC), or frozen (-18ºC+/-
2ºC).
 HANDLING:
 Take into account the GMPs.
 Avoid tears in the bags to avoid product contamination.
 Never place the products or the packages directly in contact with the ground.
