I learned about love at the class mass. It is not about romantic interest, but about
compassion and care for others with no expectation of reciprocation. We should love others as
God has loved us. Jesus told us that the actual test of discipleship is to love our neighbors, he added
a new aspect, saying that this leads to the greatest possible love that a person can sow

2. REFLECTION QUESTION: Reflect on your experience of the religious activity you

participated in. Choose a type of soil which you think embodies your experience and
expound.
I can compare my experience in this homily in a sandy type of soil. This type of soil are
healthy plants and in fact, it is the healthiest type of soil for plants. I think that this homily lesson
I learned will contribute a huge factor in the way I look to different perspective in love that it is
not all romantic love and it can come from different set of people that will help me as an individual
to have a healthier social life.
