The two maps illustrate changes in Grange Park between 1920 and today.

It
can be seen that there are several changes made to the park during this
period, including the relocation of some features and the appearance of new
facilities.
The most significant change can be observed in the center of the park, where a
fountain was located. It was demolished and, in its place, a big rose garden
with seats around was planted. There were three more rose gardens planted
around the park in the past, which now were removed except for the one near
the top left corner of the map. In 1920, there was a stage for musicians located
on the left of the park which now become a large amphitheater for concerts.
There used to be a pond for water plants in the top right corner of the park in
the past, whereas now the children’s playground is there. There is also a new
café located next to the playground and a water feature replacing an old
glasshouse. In addition, a new underground car park was constructed, with
the entrance on the right side of Grange Park.
