Deliverables from the Institution:

1. Kwikpic will be the Official Photo Sharing Partner, all pictures clicked throughout the
event will be shared exclusively via the application and not on Google Drive or any other
similar platform. For post event social media promotions, very few pictures will be uploaded,
not all pictures.

2. Display of Kwikpic's logo under Official Photo Sharing Partner tag on all
posters/banners/LED screens and marketing materials designed by event organizers.

3. Kwikpic's QR code poster for joining the group on the application will be put up at the
entrance, all event locations, auditorium, announcement boards and around the food stalls.

4. Details with the QR code/link for joining the Kwikpic group on application will be shared
on all communications groups (WhatsApp/Telegram etc).

5. Introduction about Kwikpic during the opening and closing ceremony and how it's being
used
in the event.

6. Same day photo upload of all the events on the Kwikpic app.

7. Pictures will be clicked using DSLR cameras only. Smartphone pictures are optional, if
clicked, pictures must be sorted into different folders.

8. A minimum of 1500 images per day will be uploaded, out of which a substantial amount
must be from DSLR.

9. Guaranteed minimum ___ participants in the Kwikpic's college group on the application.

Conditions of Kwikpic:

1. The amount will be transferred 5 days prior to the main event.

4. Team will upload a substantial amount of DSLR pictures. Smartphone pictures must be
sorted to different folders.

DELIVERABLES FROM KWIKPIC:

1. Kwikpic will provide Rs.______ as the sponsorship amount in total. Rs.______ will be
provided
in advance, 5 days prior to the main event and the rest ______ after the completion of all
deliverables.

2. Promotion of *( mention your event name)* will be done from the official account of
Kwikpic. However, it is requested to provide the content, as Kwikpic has a theme to
maintain.

3. Kwikpic will provide the Business Account access worth Rs.10,000 -

Features: store 2,50,000 photos (500 GB approx), Business Branding, switch on/off
downloads, 50+ gallery themes, Bulk downloads, analytics and participants information.

4. Kwikpic will provide a 2-day grace period starting from the end date of the event
*(mention the date)* to (mention the end date of grace period), to the team to wrap up with
all deliverables.

BREACH OF CONTRACT:

1. If failed to deliver the mutually agreed list of deliverables and registrations as agreed, a full
refund will be initiated by the institution.
2. If only delivered minimum 90% of the agreed upon registration and all the other
deliverables then further discussion will be over a meeting.
3. In case of events getting delayed or canceled due to covid or any other reasons, Kwikpic
has the right to cancel the deal and a full refund will be initiated from the college.
