Week 03 - Task: Assignment - Let me introduce my

family

J: Hey! How have you been?

A: ¡Hey! I'm fine thanks. It's been a while. What happened?
J: Not much, just remember some family events. Look at these pictures.
[shows him the photos]
A: What a beautiful place. Where were you there? It looks like a wedding.
J: Yes, it's my parents' wedding. I wasn't even born then.
A: ¿Seriously, what year was that?
J: In 1995, I was born up to 10 years later
A:To great! it's been a long time. How about this photo?
J: That's from my 12th birthday. We celebrated it in Cancún, Mexico. Lots of Mexican food and
fun.
A: ¡Sounds amazing! Any interesting anecdote from that trip?
J: Oh yeah! I remember trying tacos for the first time and completely falling in love with them.
It was a culinary adventure for me.
A: That sounds like a great discovery. Speaking of family events, I found some photos from
my sister's christening. You want to see?
[Shows him the photo.]
J: Sure! Where was that?
A: It was at our local church. She was just a baby back then.
J: How cute! Any special anecdote from that day?
A: Yes! It turns out that my sister cried in the middle of the ceremony and everyone laughed a
lot. It was quite a fun moment.
J: That sounds adorable. And what about this other photo?
A: That's from my 17th birthday last year. We had a big party at a rooftop restaurant.
J: Sounds like you had a great time. Why was it important to your family?XDD
A: Well, it was an important birthday and it meant a lot to my parents. Also, they combined it
with my sister's belated birthday celebration, so it was a special day for all of us. There was
laughter, dancing and delicious food - a celebration we will never forget!
