LETTER OF INTENDED PURCHASE (LOI)

For Mr. Amarildo Negrão de Holanda, CPF 181.666.442-15.
I DESISLAVA DIMITROVA KHRUSTELEVA Passport holder: BGR7902169 manifest
interest in the purchase of AU, according to this LETTER OF BUYING INTENTION
(LOI). I am ready, willing and able to initiate a contract of purchase of AU (gold),
according to the quantity, price, specifications, terms and conditions specified
below:

Eu DESISLAVA DIMITROVA KHRUSTELEVA Passport holder: BGR7902169 manifesto o
interesse na compra de AU, conforme esta CARTA DE INTENÇÃO DE COMPRA (LOI).
Estou pronto, disposto e capaz para iniciar um contrato de compra de AU (ouro), de
acordo com a quantidade, preço, especificações, termos e condições especificados
abaixo:

NOTE: You will have to choose a Paymaster from the Intermediaries to represent
them in NCNDA

EXTENSIVE AGREEMENT FOR 120 MONTHS OF 190 Kg

PAYMENT METHOD: The payment format must be through transfer (TED) bank transfer and
will be made after delivery of the AU in a house of custody (Security) indicated by the buyer or
his legal representative.

Once the delivery of the material has been confirmed, payment will be made immediately by
the buyer, or by the agent or by his / her legal representative, in the currency of our country
(Brazil), LMBA value of the second trading session. This is where the buying and selling groups

and the intermediaries will receive their share (part) through the Paymaster of each group, of
190 kgs in Brazil, with extensive monthly deliveries for 59 months, provided by the seller.

The liabilities of both parties as a perjury with fine stipulated of 5% (FIVE) percent on the value
of the operation, for those who breach contract without prejudice to the commissioned.

FORMA DE PAGAMENTO: o formato de pagamento deve ser através de

transferência (TED) transferência bancária e será efetuado após a entrega do AU
em uma casa de custódia (Security) indicada pelo comprador ou seu representante
legal.
Confirmada a entrega do material o pagamento é feito imediatamente pelo
comprador, ou pelo mandatário ou por seu representante legal, em moeda corrente
do nosso país (Brasil), LMBA valor do segundo pregão. Momento esse em que os
grupos da compra e venda e os intermediários receberão sua cota (parte) através
dos Paymaster de cada grupo, de 190 kgs no Brasil, com entregas mensais
extensivas por 59 meses, fornecidos pelo vendedor.
As responsabilidades de ambas as partes como perjúrio com multa estipuladas de
10% (dez) por cento sobre o valor da operação, para quem descumprir contrato
sem prejuízo aos comissionados.
OBSERVAÇÃO / NOTE:
Autorizo ao vendedor subtrair 3% (três por cento) no percentual de desconto de 5%
(cinco por cento) do comprador/pagador para: GRUPO MONICA JARAMILLO E
ANDRES CALERO / I authorize the seller to subtract 3% (three percent) in the
discount percentage of 5% (five percent) of the buyer / payer for: GROUP MONICA
JARAMILLO AND ANDRES CALERO.
