Subject: Salary Deduction Program due to Covid-19

Dear all,

I am Clarissa Tania, the CEO of PT. UGM. I would like to thank you all for your loyalty and great
contribution to PT. UGM Bahagia. I refer to our board meeting last week regarding our new strategies
to the company. As you all know that global coronavirus pandemic has plagued all over the globe and
has put a great downfall to all kinds of businesses sectors. We have faced a great decline in the line of
business due to this pandemic and because of the ultimate lockdown in the country. The statistics have
shown that the company's economy has gone negative.

We are very sorry to inform you that this global pandemic condition led us to the company’s new
strategies to deduct the salaries of all PT. UGM Bahagia’ employees to avoid layoffs. I refer to the
executive meeting that was on the 30th of August regarding all employee’s consent on salary deduction
by 15% per month temporarily.

We are very well-known that all of us have been competent and working hard for the progress of PT.
UGM Bahagia. We believe that all the company's fame and skyscraping success is because of the
resilience and loyalty of our employees that they showed in every difficult period.

Therefore, I invite all of you willing to cooperate with us and this deduction is temporary though for an
indefinite period. Once the company resumes its original position then it is promissory that your
salaries shall face a rational but smart incentive. PT. UGM Bahagia appreciates your collaboration and
hard work in these difficult times.

We understand that this condition may not get satisfactory responses from you regarding salary
