HEALTH AND QUALITY POLICY

PT. GEMILANG BINA LINTAS TIRTA Ship management (“COMPANY”) aims to be

one of the leading ship managers of Oil, Chemical and Gas Carriers in Indonesia and
operate all vessels under our management with highest regards to safety of life at sea and
to the protection of property and the environment.

Our objectives are to:

1. Provide high quality ship management services to meet customers’ needs and
satisfaction.
2. Promote safe practices in ship operations and a safe and healthy working
environment and prevent pollution.

In achieving the above objectives, the COMPANY endeavors to:

1. Ensure all identified risks to life, property and the environment are assessed,
controlled and minimized by establishing appropriate safeguards.
2. Comply with all legal and other requirements.
3. Promote good communication and consultation between ship and shore.
4. Communicate the policy to all people working for or on behalf of the Company.
5. Improve skill level of both shore base and sea staff for effective response to
emergencies relating to safety of life and environmental protection.
6. Continually improve by constant monitoring and review of the Management
System to prevent environmental damage, promote occupational health and safety
management.
7. Provide qualified personnel and necessary resources both onboard and ashore for
the implementation and monitoring of this policy.
8. Give guidance and instructions on safe ship operations, pollution prevention,
health and hygienic environment, proper maintenance of the ship and its
equipment and the proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

This Policy shall be understood, upheld and implemented at all levels in the organization
both ashore and onboard all vessels under our Management.
