When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

Which is a bliss of solitude;

• the poet remembers the sight of the daffodils which he had seen some time ago

happiness to him whenever he is in a pensive mood
3. What do you think is the poet’s attitude towards nature and loneliness?
• Nature - appreciates nature, absorbs its beauty and is impressed by its beauty
• Loneliness – he finds solitude pleasant as it gives him an opportunity to dwell
on the memory of the daffodils, it is during this time that he is free wherein he
recollects the previous memories making the moment blissful even in his
solitude.
