Objective
In a headless eCommerce system, tenants communications with the customers are mostly dependent on what the tenants wants to inform the
customers about. This does encompass a lot of communications that can scale between primary status notifications to promotional notifications,
but the most mandatory ones are transactional updates on customer’s orders or customer payment/receipt publication.

Goal

Here at Upstart Commerce we aim to create a Customer Communication System where we will pursue 3 primary ways to handle these
notifications, namely:

Email Notifications
Short Message Service
Push Notifications
