their maintenance.

In this training program, the participants will


gain knowledge and updated tools and skills
that will enable them to successfully handle
various technical and safety issues during terminal operations.

This training program on Terminal Operations and Maintenance will focus on the
key Equipment in a Storage Terminal and the risks associated with their
operation and maintenance. It will equip the participant with a wealth of
knowledge to help them understand the safe operations & maintenance of
Storage Terminal.

Thermography, new NDT techniques, etc. resulted in major improvement in the on-stream
factor and other reliability related parameters.

(India) for more than 3 decades

in India and abroad

• Extremely passionate in conducting world-class training programs. Trained & assessed


more than 10,000 personnel globally

• Popularly known as 'GURU' of 'Petrochemicals’

Key Projects:

• Advisor to Oman PolyPropylene LLC, Sohar, Oman. Executed first TAM with his guidance

• Mentor for Oman Refinery and Petrochemical Company, Sohar, Oman during its first TAM
in 2010

• Advisor to Kaduna Refinery and Petrochemical Co. (An NNPC subsidiary) during 2009

• Deputed to Algiers to study and trouble-shoot the problems in an Oil Refinery

 Held independent responsibility in Sr. Management Level heading various multi


disciplinary functions / Depts. namely Engineering / Projects, Maintenance, Asset

 Integrity/ Inspection Management. He had engaged cutting edge technologies in


whichever dept. he worked to achieve revenue growth, eliminating duplication of
resources, enhancing reliability/integrity of Engg. Assets

 Worked as Chief Maintenance Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation) for 7 years wherein
apart from Maintenance and upkeep of various electrical & instrumentation system in
refinery, He spearheaded the revamp / modernization of instrumentation & electrical
system in BPCL refinery from concept to commissioning stage

 As Dy. General Manager (Engg. & Construction) in BPCL Refinery, he had successfully
completed large / medium sized revamp / automation / Captive Power Plant projects from
concept to commissioning

 He worked as Lead Maintenance consultant for a CMMS Project of M/s. EXXON MOBIL at
Houston, USA for their new offshore FPSO Project in the Nigerian Coast

 An outstanding Electrical Engineer with over 3 decades of experience in the Oil & Gas
sector.
Brief Profile:
 He was involved in the critical laying and commissioning activities of Mumbai-Manmad
(252KM), Manmad-Manglya (310 KM), Manglya-Bijwasan (800 KM) underground
petroleum product pipelines and 26 KM (sub-sea 12 KM) LPG Pipeline of Bharat
Petroleum which included design and selection of electrical equipment required in
Pipeline for smooth transportation of product
Core Competencies:
 Specialist in “Maintenance Management” and has been advisor to various organizations
in India and abroad.
 Extremely passionate in conducting world-class training programs. Trained & assessed
more than 10,000 personnel globally.
Key Projects:
 First in Indian Industry for design, procurement, inspection, installation and
commissioning of Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Drive ( VFD) for old Direct On Line
( DOL) 6.6 KV HT motors (Upto 2 MW) for pipeline operations
 First in India for design, procurement, installation and commissioning of Sun Pipe Lighting
system for saving electrical energy
 Experience in introducing LOTO ( Lock Out Tag Out ) system
 Experience in designing and installation of on-grid and off-grid solar system

LPG SBU & Retail SBU
