EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This Employment Contract (the "Contract") is entered into as of 09/16/2023, by and
between Archi Partners Design (the "Employer"), and Abegail Orera, Kent Bueno,
Neil Edward C. Sison, Joshua Itooka, as a team (the "Employee").

1. Position and Duties

1.1 The Employer agrees to employ the Employee as a [Position:
Architect/Engineer].
1.2 The Employee shall perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the
position, as outlined in the attached Job Description (Exhibit A).

2. Employment Term
2.1 The Employee's employment under this Contract shall begin on 09/16/2023 and
shall continue for a fixed term of one year or until terminated by either party as
provided herein.

 3. Compensation
3.1 The Employer shall pay the Employee Team base compensation of $2400 per
month semi-monthly, payable Wise or Paypal.
3.2 The Employee shall be eligible for Performance-Based Bonuses:
3.2.1 Client Satisfaction: Bonuses of $160 will be awarded based on client
satisfaction scores exceeding 4 out of 5 score.
3.2.2 Project Milestones: Bonuses of $480 will be awarded upon the successful
completion of new project milestones, [80% of the total projects have moved to a
new milestone (eg, architectural plan completed, now working on Electrical plan)].
3.2.3 Profitability Threshold: Bonuses of $480 will be awarded to the project's
profitability exceeding 60% [When any project completed in a month, the profitability
percentage = 1- ((total units of hours worked on the project x $5) / total payment).]

4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

4.1 The Employee shall not disclose any confidential information obtained during
their employment and shall adhere to the Employer's confidentiality and intellectual
property policies.

5. Termination
5.1 Either party may terminate this Contract for any reason by providing 30 days'
written notice to the other party.
5.2 The Employer may terminate this Contract immediately for cause, including but
not limited to, the Employee's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of this
Contract.

6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved
through negotiation, mediation, or, if necessary, arbitration in accordance with the
[Applicable Arbitration Rules].

Exhibit A

1. Architect Director

Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, development, and execution of architectural projects

Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants

Ensure projects adhere to budget and schedule constraints

Review and approve project designs, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations,
and client specifications

Participate in business development activities, such as preparing proposals and

attending industry events

Develop and implement department policies, procedures, and best practices

Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure successful project

completion

Requirements:

Extensive experience in architectural design and project management

1. Associate Architect

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, development, and execution of architectural projects

Collaborate with project teams to create design concepts, drawings, and models

Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as specifications and reports

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success

Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates

Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules

Stay informed of industry trends, codes, and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

Professional architect license or working towards licensure

Experience in architectural design and project coordination

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Proficiency in design software and tools

1. Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design and analyze structural systems for buildings and other structures

Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure successful

project completion

and reports

Review and approve project designs for compliance with codes, regulations, and
client specifications

Perform site visits and inspections to ensure proper construction

Provide technical support and guidance to project teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Professional engineer license

Experience in structural design and analysis

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Proficiency in structural analysis software and tools

1. Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems for buildings and other structures

Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure successful

project completion

Prepare and maintain electrical engineering documentation, such as calculations

and reports
