Maharashtra under EPC Mode (Pacakge-32):- Regarding Safety Measures

Ref: 1) Contract Agreement Dated 24.04.2017.

Sir,
With reference to above cited subject you are hereby requested to maintain the road
surface of following stretches.

1.Ch.61/328=Tapi Major Bridge Wearing Couse and Approach Road

2.Ch.67/566=Gomai Bridge Wearing Course and Approach Road

3.Ch.86/108=Susari Major Bridge Wearing Course and Approach Road.

As people going on these stretches are suffering from major safety hazards and
there will be chances of accident on these stretches. So you are requested to maintained
the existing carriageway motarable as per Article no.16 of above said contract agreement.
