Agree

First and foremost, the main reason why I believe having both parents work might be advantageous is
because some families need two income for financial stability. In other words, when people fall into the
pattern of family life, the living expense is prohibitively expensive for them in cities, for they have to
concentrate on providing a stable environment for their children. For example, if both of parents do not
have a job to earn a living, they can not afford to pay for utility bills and the school tuition of their
children, nor do all the member of family can travel to different tourist attractions to enjoy their life.
Therefore, when both parents are employed, the living condition will be much more comfortable, and
their children can have golden opportunities to develop different skill in many clubs.

Another reason why I support is due to the fact that children might need to take more responsibilities in
the home. This means that they are likely to be more mature and independent as long as they have to
be responsible for doing housework. For instance, when both parents at work, children have to learn
how to cook, clean the house or also feed the pets by themselves, so they will know how to take care of
themselves when their parents go to work. As a result, the juveniles can learn how to be responsible for
their behaviors when parents are not by their sides, and they will appreciate the value of family.

Disagree

Above all, the main reason why I believe having both parents work might be disadvantageous is because
children with both parents working lack parental guidance. This is because when people fall into the
pattern of family life, their children are likely to make many mistakes in their life, as long as their parents
are too busy to offer them useful advice. Take siblings rivalry as an example. It can happen when
children are not taught how to share and love each other, or some of them can be lazy to apply
themselves to their studies exclusively by playing video games. As a result, children will tend to be
misbehaved and display intimidating characteristics to everyone if their parents do not spend a little
time on teaching them, and they even might be on the verge of being disruptive influence in society.

Furthermore, another reason why I support is due to the fact that children might lack support with
homework and other personal issues. In other words, adults, who have tight schedules from work, can
not provide to children when they have problems with their assignment or personal issues, so they
should pay attention to children instead of shirking their responsibilities to them. For instance, parents
can not devote their time to help children solving difficult math problems, or they can not share or ask
for help when they are bullied at school that can leads to being the victims of school violence.
Consequently, as long as young generations are used to the carelessness of families, they will
underperform academically, and seriously become autistics when they can not share their problems to
parents.
