REMARKS
 Need to change air filter for main engine.
 Fuel filters need to change (primary and secondary).
 Secondary fuel filter selector in not working.( FOR CLEANING FILTERS IN
RUNNING CONDITION)
 Emergency shutdown not working manually.
 Black smoke while giving load on engine
1. Need to clean intercooler.
2. Need to Change air filter.
3. All fuel injectors must be calibrated @ 280 kg/cm2.
4. Seen mostly fuel pumps not stable fuel rack must be free needed.
5. Needed In frame overhauling for main engine.
 Preventive maintenance not be followed.
 Mostly valves are over tightened by crew, it will damage the seating area
and valve handle can broke too.
 All rusted area must be apply primer and painted need.
