WHAT IS
NANOZYME ?
Nanozymes are cutting-edge nanomaterials with
distinct physicochemical features and the capacity to
precisely fabricate their structures in order to imitate
naturally occurring physiologically significant events.
Nanozymes specifically imitate real enzymes and
display enzyme-like characteristics.
The following characteristics set nanozymes apart
from biological enzymes found in nature:
Nanomaterial size, shape, surface, and composition
alter the enzymatic characteristics of nanozymes;
nonetheless, there may only be slight variations in
how sensitive they are to activators, inhibitors, pH,
temperature, and light.
Ions, molecules, and organic compounds can all be
found using nanozymes, both qualitatively and
quantitatively. They have also been used to destroy
germs that are resistant to many medications and to
degrade different organic contaminants.
IMPACTS OF THE USING
OF NANOZYMES TO
CHEMICAL INDUSTRY
System, product, and service efficiency is
increased because of nanozyme technology. It
contributes to sustainable healthcare by
enhancing health and preserving lives (cancer
therapy). In reality, by running operations more
efficiently, the company is able to save costs and
expand quickly.
Growth in the economics of the chemical
industries. Because the chemical sector
contributes significantly to the GDP, employment,
and competitiveness of the country and has a big
direct impact on the economy.

More researchers are focusing on the
application of nanozymes from theory to
practise and their rational design.

Desires more time

To create new nanozymes and to improve ones
that have already been created unsuccessfully,
researchers need more time.

Health

The skin, lungs, and digestive system are three entry

points for nanoparticles entering the body. This could
contribute to the production of "free radicals," which
can harm DNA and cause cell damage.
Additionally, there is worry that nanoparticles may be
able to pass through the blood-brain barrier if they

NEGATIVE IMPACTS
OF NANOZYMES TO
ENVIRONMENT
Nanozymes still require work to increase their substrate selectivity
and catalytic effectiveness. Since nanozymes were developed by
taking inspiration from nature, this will change our nature.

It is important to properly investigate nanozymes. Despite the fact

that numerous nanozymes have been identified as having good
biosafety for about 90 years, many pertinent commercial items have
recently been pulled from the market (nanotoxicity).

Animal experiments involving plenty of rats were conducted as part

of clinical studies; if the rats didn't pass the tests, more would be
utilised, disrupting the ecology.

Pollutant monitoring and evaluation have received a great deal of

attention. Wastewater is made up of a variety of toxic substances
that are created and released from a variety of sources, including
industrial operations.
