I. DIRECTIONS: Match the following methods of separating mixtures to its


proper description and examples. (8 points)
II. DIRECTIONS: On the boxes with labels below, draw or cut and paste
pictures that show how the method of separating mixtures are done. (8
points)
III. DIRECTIONS: Choose one method of separating mixtures then perform an
experiment to demonstrate it. You may research experiments online, from
books, or you may create your own.

experiment you got from a resource), materials, and procedures.

Page 5 - Once the arrangement of the set-up/s are done, draw or take a
picture and paste it inside the box before performing the experiment. Do
not forget to label your set-up/s (example: Evaporation Set-Up). If the space
is still enough, you may also draw or paste pictures of the materials that
you are going to use.

Page 6 - After performing the experiment and getting your results, draw or
take a picture of it and paste inside the box.

Page 7 - On the first notepad, write what you have learned from the
experiment you did and how it is related to separating mixtures. Then on
the second notepad, research and provide additional information that is
related to your experiment and the method of separating mixtures that you
have chosen.
