RULES & REGULATIONS ON THE USAGE OF SWIMMING POOL

1. All users should shower before entering the pools.
2. All users should adhere to the rules of swimming sports by wearing:
a. Men: Swimming trunk & cap
b. Women: Swimsuit & cap
3. Pool timings are
a. Morning –> 7.00 AM-11.00AM ( For All)
b. Afternoon  03.00 PM – 04:30 PM ( Only ladies)
c. Evening  4.30 PM- 6.30 PM (For All)
4. Maintenance defaulters are prohibited from swimming pool
usage.
5. Pool will remain closed on Monday for maintenance purpose
6. Kindly produce ID card before entering in pool area.
7. Tenant need to pay 500Rs per head to access swimming pool
8. All users should keep their clothes, towels and other belongings at proper
place
9. The authority is not responsible for any losses of property, life and injury in
the swimming pool or GYM
10.All users are prohibited from bringing in food and drinks into the
swimming area and its surroundings (decks).
11.Children should be accompanied by their parents or guardian who will be
responsible for their conduct and safety.
12.No person should enter the deep end of the pool unless he/she knows
how to swim.
13.Person suffering from infections, communicable or contagious disease is
prohibited from using the swimming pools.
14.Spitting and any other unhygienic acts in or around the pools or decks are
prohibited
15.No person shall be allowed to wear footwear inside Pool
16.All users of the pools are strongly advised to leave the pools when it is
raining and whenever there are thunderstorms/ lightning or under any

do so immediately when directed or instructed by person authorized by

the Management with long whistle blasts.
17.Cleanliness is the responsibility of all users.
18. The authority reserves the right to evict any user who does not obey the
rules and regulations of the swimming pool. No entry fees will be
refunded.
19.The authority reserves the right to close the swimming pool as and when it
deems fit. As such, there will be no refund of money.
