Ratification of the Covenant

Moses, Aaron with Nadab, Abihu and 70 elders of Israel (led by Moses)
When Moses came to people and related all the words and ordinances they answered in one voice: WE
WILL DO EVERYTHING THAT THE LORD HAS TOLD US.

Moses wrote down all the words of the Lord and erected at the foot of the mountain an altar and twelve
pillars. (fact that each 12 tribes had entered into covenant)

“This is the blood of the covenant which the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words
of his”

Moses on the Mountain: Giving of Stone Tablets

Mountain covered with clouds and he stayed there 40 days and 40 nights.

Sacredness of Blood: God said to Moses: Any Israelites who slaughters an ox, ship or goat without first
bringing it to the entrance of the meeting tent to present it as an offering to the Lord in front of his
dwelling, shall be adjudged guilty of blood shed, he shall be cut off from among his people.

You shall not partake of the blood of any meat since the life of every living body is its blood, anyone who
partakes of it shall be cut off.

The Sanctity of Sex

I am the Lord your God, Keep my statutes and decree , for the man who carries them will find life
through them.

None of you shall approach a close relative to have sexual intercourse with her.
You shall not disgrace your father by having intercourse with your mother.

Everyone who does any shall be cut off from among his people.

Day 43
The Ark of the Covenant

Collection of Materials: Contributions that come from his Heart like gold, silver, bronze, violet, purple
and scarlet yarn, linen, acacia wood, oils, stones.

They will make a sanctuary for me, that I may dwell in their midst, make it in a pattern I will show you:

Plan of the Ark

 - Acacia wood
- 2 and half cubits and 1 and half cubits high
- Plated with gold, inside and outside and put molding of gold around the top of it
- Cast 4 gold rings and fasten them of the four support of the ark, 2 rings on one side and 2 on the
opposite sides.
- Then make poles of acacia wood and plate them with gold and put through the rings (they must
remain and never be withdrawn)
- In the Ark you should put the commandments which God gave to you
- Make a propitiatory of pure gold—cover
- Make 2 cherubim of beaten gold (fastening them)
- The cherubim shall have their wings spread out above, covering the propotiatory

The Table
- Table made of Acacia wood, 2 cubits long a cubit wide and half high, plate with gold and make a
molding of gold around it
- With frmae and hand breath high
- Four rings of gold and fasten it on four corners
Lampstand
- Lampstand of pure beaten gold—its shaft and branches
- With three cups shaped like almond blossom with knobs ad petals

Day 43:
Exodus 28: Priestly Vestments

Aaron, Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar—priest

A breastpiece, an ephod, a robe, brocaded tunic, miter and sash

Day 45: Pray for Priest

Procure a young bull and 2 unblemished rams, unleavened bread, Anointing oil and anoint them
