 John Quincy Adams once said “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, and do more and
become more, you are a leader”. In addition, a true leader is someone who greatly changed the way we look at
life, someone had high standards and truly stood for something, someone who inspired and motivated us.
Someone who taught us to set goals and instilled the confidence and spirit to achieve them.

 My due respect to all the dignitaries here on stage, to our (Assistant Schools Division
Superintendent, mam Ma. Colleen L. Emoricha, EdD, CESO VI, division SGOD chief, mam Ma. Madelene P.
Mituda, EdD, to our very own district supervisor mam, Alelen Zinnia Ampong-Pancho, EdD., to sir Jesreel G.
Himang, our school PTA president and also a President of Division Federated PTA officers, to our Barangay
Captain, hon. Rosa C. Dimasar, to hon. Bernadeth Himang, the barangay Chairman on Education Committee. To
sir Edsel A. Larot, the outgoing principal and mam Ma. Alita Ceno the incoming principal of kawit Elem. School
to all the master teachers and my fellow teachers, Magandang Buhay sa lahat ! And thank you so much mam
and sir for gracing this occasion, it is indeed a pleasure to have you all today.

- Everyone, welcome to the installation of school heads, Outgoing principal and Incoming Principal of
Kawit Elementary School.
 I. Opening Prayer: To formally start this program, may I request everyone to please stand as we give reverence
and worship to the almighty father through multi Media presentation and please remain standing as we pay
allegiance to our country by singing the Pambansang Awit through multi media presentation.
- The price of greatness is responsibility, and that responsibility is focused on leading with a purpose of
extending the ladder of opportunity and service for everyone.

 II. Welcome Address: Now the main highlight of today’s event is about to unfold, for the welcome address,
may we have on stage the ever stunning and hardworking master teacher II, Ma’am Mary Elsie A. Gavenia.
- Thank you so much for your warm words of welcome.
 III. Installation: At this point, to lead us the installation ceremony, May I have the honor to introduce the
woman of action known for her passionate commitment in serving the Division of Pagdian City. Please join me
in giving warm welcome to our ASDS, Dr. Ma. Colleen L. Emoricha, CESO VI.
- Thank you so much ma’am
- Installation ceremony is a visible demonstration of commitment and dedication to the institution. To us
teachers, also play a vital role because, we, too, embrace our commitment to support our new leader in
her term and in the coming years.
 Acceptance Message: At this juncture, let us hear the message of acceptance from our newly installed school
principal of Kawit Elementary School, no other than mam, Ma. Alita T. Ceno.
- Thank you, ma’am.
 Turnover: And now for the turnover of responsibilities, let us welcome on stage with felicitations, the school
head who exemplifies the love for service, a head who is not only full of knowledge but a heart full of love,
considerate , ears always ready to listen and hands willing to extend help. No other than, sir Edsel A. Larot, the
outgoing principal.
- We are very much favored to experienced your leadership, si Edsel. That leadership pushed us to dream
more and learn more and more than that the trust you have given us “kanang moingon si sir na Kaya
jud na ninyo ka mo pa” maong maningkamot jud mi to do more and to become more. Thank you so
much for that sir. Your commendable leadership will surely be remembered and be treasured.
VI. Inspiration: Again, let us all welcome back on stage our, ASDS, DR. Ma. Colleen L. Emoricha,
CESO VI, to have an inspirational message, let’s give her around of applause please.

VII. Welcome song. At this moment, Kawit teaching staff will offer a welcome song to our newly
installed school Principal, Mam Ma. Alita T. Ceno…
- Once again ma’am welcome to Kawit Elementary School, we can assure you to give our
full support throughout your administration.
VIII. Farewell Messages: It's hard to say farewell but it's more painful to say goodbye, but we
can't do otherwise but to admit the fact, that it's a call of duty. At this moment, let us lend our
ears to the farewell messages, to start with, may I call on stage Sir Porferio Oponda, MT 1 and
Mam LiLibeth Lomoya, T3.

IX. Film showing. Memories are timeless treasure of the heart. Happy times come and go but
the memories stay forever. At this moment, let us give our full attention to the film or slides
presentation prepared by mam Gloribel and Sir Joseph Roy Magto …a hand please.

X. Especial Song. A faithful friend is a strong defense; and he that hath found him hath found a
treasure.” Moving on, Kawit Teaching staff will present, especial song to sir Edsel A. Larot, our
outgoing principal.
XI. Finale song. Once again, Kawit teaching staff will present a finale song to sir Edsel, this song
is actually, one of sir Edsel’s favorite songs during shaok bond or kantahan bonding with the
Kawit teaching staff.
XII. tokens: At this very moment, May I call upon the kawit teaching staff to present a token to
our beloved outgoing principal sir Edsel Larot, as a symbol of our gratitude and appreciation.
- Once again thank you so much sir Edsel for everything. To you journey in your next
station, we wish you all the best. We know that God has always a great plan in your life.
Because you are such a good leader.
XIII. In behalf of the Kawit Teaching staff, we would to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our
valuable guests this afternoon, thank you so much mam and sir for being with us today.
