Bugs Rectified

1. CPU gets reset when update/new OS is done multiple times. This is observed
on 2210 CPU & bootstrap version is V1.07.00.
In previous release, if OS file (.bin) downloads multiple times with option update/new
OS, sometimes OS file (.bin) doesn’t get downloaded properly on CPU. Hence, CPU
gets reset.
Now in this release, CPU OS file (.bin) gets downloaded properly with option update/
new OS and CPU never gets reset.
2. If CPU OS file (.bin) file is greater than maximum allowable size (OS_END -
OS_START) defined in Config.xml then exception is thrown.
In previous release, if OS file (.bin) is greater than size (OS_END - OS_START)
defined in Config.xml then the unexpected termination (exception) of Bootstrap was
occurring after downloading.
Now before downloading, OS_END size is checked with respective OS_END size
defined in Config.xml file and if OS_END size is greater, then following message will
be displayed –

3. In previous versions <OS_START> tag defined in Config.xml was not taken in

to account and it was always taken 0x00000000.
Now in this release the <OS_START> tag defined in Config.xml is used while filling
the address filed in download frames.
4. In Config.xml, <OS_END> size set to “0x0003FFFF” for product Nexgenie 2214.
In Previous versions, <OS_END> size of product Nexgenie 2214 was “0x00C2FFFF”.
Now in this release the <OS_END> size of product Nexgenie 2214 is set to “0x0003FFFF”
in Config.xml.
