OFFICE SERVICES
 Mail / parcel transfer: The lessor will receive the letter of the lessee and then
forward the letter / mail to the address requested by the lessee. Transition
costs The lessee pays according to the actual invoice of the service provider.
All damages and losses incurred in the process of receiving and forwarding
the letter / parcel will be compensated by the lessor under actual value of
damage is confirmed by the lessee.
 Reception: State-of-art reception area with professional staff. The client /
partner of the lessee will be welcomed when they come to the Belink Office .
 Free usage of Office lounge.
 Free beverage (coffee, tea, mineral water ...): when your staff comes to work
at Belink Office.
 The lessee has printed free 300 sheets each month. (NOT to added to the next
month).
 The lessee is free 15 hours to using the meeting room monthly. (NOT to
added to the next month).
 The lessor will, on behalf of the lessee, handle the work to the extent
permitted by the lessee.
