ORDER
This concerns the Ex-Parte Motion for Leave of Court to Serve Summons by Publication filed by
plaintiff through counsel.
Going over the plaintiff’s entreaty, the Court GRANTS the same.
Conformably with Rule 14, Sec. 16 of the 2019 AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES OF COURT, and
as expounded in Aurora N. De Pedro vs. Romasan Development Corporation, 1 permission is granted to
plaintiff to serve summons by publication. The summons are directed to be published at plaintiff’s expense
in a newspaper of general circulation three (3) times for three (3) consecutive weeks. Further, defendants
are given a period of thirty (30) days from the last publication of the summons to file their controverting
pleading. Thereafter, with or without such controverting pleading, this case is ripe for rumination.
SO ORDERED.
