medical prescription signed by your physician.

Perform the warm-up exercises posted in Brightspace. Follow the mechanics
properly.

Activity:
Fitness test
Perform a list of ftness tests posted in Brightspace. STRICTLY follow the
mechanics indicated in each test. Video-record your performance/take pictures as
evidences and submit it in our Brightspace.

Physical Activity Assessment


Using a Physical Activity Questionnaire posted in the Brightspace, assess your
engagement in physical activities.

Post-Activity:
Interpret the result of your ftness tests and physical activity assessment by
comparing them with the standards posted in the Brightspace. What should you do
to improve your ftness level?
