Schedule of Rates 2018

Charging rates for services applicable 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2018

Work Stages refer to the RIBA Plan of Work 2013.

For consultancy Work Stages 0–2 and Work Stage 7, fees are charged at an hourly rate
in ½ hour increments:

NW Willder or SJ Boylan £ 55 per hour

For Work Stages 3 to 6 a charge is made as a percentage of the value of the proposed
construction work (except client-instructed revisions which are additional at the hourly
rate). This percentage and the proportions allocated to each Work Stage will be agreed
prior to commencing work stage 3.

Out of pocket expenses are charged as follows:

Travelling: .50p per mile

Printing or copying in colour or monochrome:
A4 .15p each
A3 .30p each
A2 £ 2.50 each
A1 £ 5.00 each
A0 £ 13.00 each
Other out of pocket expenses, e.g. parcel postage, recorded delivery,
Ordnance Survey plans, Land Registry records, standard forms of
contract: all at cost.

VAT is not currently applicable to these services.

Invoices will be rendered not less than monthly with payment due within 30 days.

0—2 Briefing, feasibility, draft plans, Outline Planning Applications (or equivalent)
3 Full Planning Application (or equivalent)
4 Building Regulations (or equivalent)
5 Construction detailing before and/or during construction (or equivalent)
6 As-built drawings for record purposes (or equivalent)
7 Post-construction analysis and research (or equivalent)
