These Packages will be attached with drawing list for MEP systems works
our scope of works shall divided to 3 stages as described in SOW as following:

A- project stages of works

STAGE 01 (current works):-
Scheduled Period ( 1 week - 7 works day)
- preparation of Design developments, calculations, technical reports, and checkup for the
current stage of works.
STAGE 02 ( new buildings works):-
Scheduled Period ( 2 weeks - 15 works day)
This stage will be start after the approval of stage 1 works and will include the new stage works for
the following systems:-
- Air conditioning system Firefighting system
- Firefighting network
- Pumps room and tanks
- all details, calculations, reports, and all related works .
- SPECS And Boq’s
STAGE 03 :-
- As built drawings for all finished works

B- SUPERVISION works
- Will be through Scheduled visits according to site works progress

C- Payments schedules
Our consultant fees for electromechanical package are as follows:

4 Supervision visits according to 1500 LE per visit For one engineer
site works progress
Payment Method:
1) Contract signature payment 25%
2) At the Submission of stage 01 30%
3) At the Submission of stage 02 35%
4) At the submission of stage 03 10%
Notes :-
5) Any Modifications Will Be Taken Into Account In Terms Of Time and Money
6) Additional Taxes value is excluded from our offer
General Notes:
- Because of the tight time, In case of delay of any approvals the Client are
Considered Responsible for The delay of the final submission and this Including the
corresponding extended for an additional time.

Owner Should Provide:-

1- Soil tests reports for earthing works requirement’s.

2- Final arch. drawings that have been approved by the owner in dwg.
3- Detailed Location of project for Hap calculations requirements.
4- All possible assistance to clarify everything that helps to complete the work in the
most perfect we can.
5- Down payment to start the project.
