Looking deeper and closely with social responsibility in governance and in the local government, we can always
redound to looking back at our past lessens on values and ethics.

Today, I will not be imparting lecture, but rather will be providing you readings that will provide you deeper insights
along the topic. And I enjoined everyone to make this review a more reflective and self examining as well as mindful
of local ecosystem – the people, the culture and other factors.
